thank you God

- for giving me the chance to study in UP Manila

i found out that i got accepted in UP only last May 4.. and i was so happy! :) good thing my upg was high enough to be considered for reconsideration. thank you God so much!!! :) i called the registrar's office and i was speechless after i heard the girl say that i got in. parang ako.. "ah ok po." i didn't know what to say next. after a few seconds, the girl hung up already. sobrang hindi ko alam ang sasabihin ko so nag-ok na lang ako. hindi man lang ako nakapag-thank you or what.

the girl said my course is occupational therapy. just like you, i'm clueless as to what that course is. i read a short description of it in the UP website and i guess it's an okay course.

3 people have told me that it is a good course:

> my dad said that it's a good course cause he knows someone who graduated in that course. he said she has a good job now and i guess lives a comfortable life.

> when i told my ninang, who is a doctor, my course, she said: "ah very good. OT." i guess that's saying something (a lot) coming from a doctor.

> bela.. as in ysabella limjap, our batchmate, who by the way is also going to UP Manila. when i saw her in UST when i was withdrawing the credentials i submitted there before, she said that it's a good course. she said pampa will also be taking that up in UST.

i don't really care what my course is as long as i study in UP. haha. madali naman mag-shift if ever i want to pursue another career eh.. ang mahirap makapasok sa UP. as i've told other people, maybe this is my calling. who knows right?

i was quite busy the past 2 weeks because of medical check-up, enrollment, which was a breeze for me since i was one of the last who enrolled (actually the student volunteers there said i was the second to the last who enrolled but i can't be sure cause i still saw someone about to enroll aside from the last person they were talking about.. so maybe third to the last?), and the orientation. plus, as i've said, i also had to withdraw the credentials i submitted to UST.

- for giving me a mother like my mommy

actually, that should be: thank you God for giving us our mothers.

belated happy mother's day to all the mothers out there!! especially to my mommy!!

- i saw sept again

after how many weeks, i saw sept again.. and we were almost complete! yehey! even aira was there.. and denise! i missed all of you!! grabe!

sorry if i wasn't able to watch the movie with you. sorry din kung medyo tahimik ako (tahimik ba ko? mukhang ang lakas nga ng boses ko eh. haha) kasi inaantok ako nun eh and i got tired after i went to UP. but i had so much fun chatting with all of you in front of mcdo. like one of you said, parang canteen. dun ko na-realize na namiss ko na yung times na yun. oh how i missed our canteen moments! let's do that again..

- our swimming gimik finally pushed through

it was super fun!! i enjoyed it!

even if it's just a tricycle away, it was my first time to go inside club manila east.. as in to the pools and everything. i've been there many times before pero dun lang sa harap cause that's where i play badminton and frisbee with my brothers in the mornings. ang sarap din dun mag-bike and mag-jog.

kumusta naman ang pagiging tourism officer ko diana, liq and queen? mukhang todo promote ako ng taytay sa inyo! haha. of course, i love my hometown! :)

i enjoyed everything we did that day. from our long chat over lunch to our swimming race (though obviously i lost, i still had fun), our breathing competition (i won once.. queen ako kaya nanalo nung first), our kayak race (yehey i won!) and our slide galore.

haha the slide. so funny. hindi natin magaya yung isang guy na sobrang bilis. bakit tayo ang bagal? worst yung isang time. hindi ako umaandar!! haha. kailangan ko pang magsagwan!! haha. laughtrip talaga.

ang saya din ng merienda natin sa jollibee. ang saya na, ang sarap pa ng food! haha.
