april come back

the fun, fun, fun yet hot, hot, hot month of april is over. :(

1 month to go before classes start again.. eww.. i don't wanna think about it yet.

i'll try to be optimistic and just think that i still have 1 month to enjoy my summer. yeah.. that's it.

anyway, here's what happened to me the whole month of april:

- frost's baccalaureate mass

instead of having the mass on the graduation day itself, they had it at a different day. it was only my kuya and i who attended because my ate had work that day.

- frost's graduation

yeah.. their graduation was in april already.

he got 3 medals... wow! :)

their batch had their own graduation song.. as in original. ang ganda! :)

we ate at tender bob's in greenhills promenade and then we played in timezone. fun fun fun!! finally, nakapag-drums na ko. it was soooo much fun! as in nag-aagawan kami kung sino ang maglalaro kasi sobrang sarap talaga. haha.

my ate and i played air hockey and i won! yehey! haha.

kuya, frost and i also played basketball. my kuya always had the highest score. on our last game, he told us that he will treat whoever beats him... guess what? i beat him!!! yehey!!! ang galing ko talaga! haha. feel na feel. so he treated me at ice monster cause i've been craving for it for a long time. actually, wala ring kwenta yung pagkapanalo ko kasi nilibre niya kaming lahat. haha.

frost went with denise and i went with phil. hmmm... next.

haha joke. ang sama ko. okay. to give you an idea of what happened, i will just give key phrases:

> on our way there, bigla akong nahilo. i think it was because of all the hairpins on my hair.. haha

> i didn't really like my makeup. :(

> hindi nagsasalita si phil. sobrang sinasabi na ng lahat ng tao (including me) na kausapin niya ko pero minsan lang talaga siya magsalita

> thank God for denise, frost, vince and her date vera, paw and cj... sila na lang kumausap sakin

> during dinner, puro senti yung songs. ano naman.. haha. wala lang.

> the pictorial was hard! haha. hindi ko kayang gawin yung mga pose na pinapagawa ng photographer (eh kasi naman masyadong "touchy" yung mga pose na gusto nila. kailangan hahawakan or magkayakap. noooo!!). sinabi ko na lang na gusto ko yung simple lang kasi hindi ko kaya yung mga ganun.. basta...

> i saw a lot of batchmates. thank God for them! kinausap ko na lang yung iba sa kanila like cla (clarisse dizon) and pralaine.

do you guys remember kim buenaventura? she was a former batchmate of ours but she transferred after grade 6.. i think. anyway, she was also there. isa rin siya sa mga kinausap ko.

> the gazebo royale peeps had a surprise for us... fireworks!! how cute right?

> the bands that played were all reggae bands. parang ako.. wala bang hiphop dyan para makasayaw na kami? haha. but cla and i just danced together kahit reggae yung songs. haha. so fun!

one of the bands that played was tropical depression. everybody really stood up and went to the dance floor to dance. so cute! haha.

i had a moment of nostalgia there when they performed the song kapayapaan. favorite ko yun nung bata ako. i remembered my cousins when i heard that song because we often sang it when we were young while we were all taking a shower. awww.. :(

> went to have coffee at starbucks in metrowalk afterwards with vince, vera and frost.. just like after our prom remember? :) actually, we were supposed to go to eastwood after metrowalk cause frost's other friends were there. but we were all tired already so we didn't push through with the plan.

second stop: tiendesitas

we just ate and went around to look at the shops. we were supposed to ride the kalesa but their information center made a mistake. hay naku basta... sayang. gusto ko pa naman sumakay..

last stop: metrowalk

there was an event there. parang wrestling/ufc competition.

anyway, we went to phi metro bar to drink and dance. haha. so fun!!! i'm such a good girl. i only had my first beer (as in yung sakin talaga and naubos ko) that night and i'm already of legal age. ang bait ko talaga! haha. :)

liqliq and ton were so sweet and looked cute together. yiheee... :)

what happened to my eyes? drunk? of course not! sleepy i guess..



- went to UST to confirm my slot

finally may school na ko! haha. instead of psychology, my course now is biology. i think it's a better course than psych so thank God! pero biology pa rin yun - oh no!! haha.

- holy week

we had our annual bisita iglesia. and on the eve of easter sunday, we went to mass and joined the procession called salubong.

- puerto galera

went there with kuya, frost and his friends miko, kirbey and vince. it was actually frost's barkada's gimik and they asked my kuya to accompany them kaya sumama na rin ako. haha. too bad my sister wasn't able to come with us. kaya only girl lang ako.. haha.

it was fun! :) i enjoyed my time with my kuya since we were together most of the time. :)

i was able to eat my favorite food.. squid! yehey! twice pa. grilled tapos yung dried squid like the one i had in baguio. yumyum!! haha ang saya ko. as if naman hindi ako kumakain ng squid sa bahay. haha.

hindi ako umitim. i don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. ok lang sakin either way. i don't mind getting dark anyway.

we went there on a monday... right after holy week pa so ang konti ng tao, which was nice because i was able to relax. kaya lang sayang nung gabi. ang gaganda pa naman ng music sa mga restos dun. gusto ko na nga magsayaw eh kaya lang wala namang nagsasayaw. haha.

i loved hanging out outside our room. kahit nung gabi, mga 1 na hindi ako natatakot kahit mag-isa lang ako dun sa labas. yes ang tapang!! haha. i was just reading and enjoying the peacefulness of the place and the wind.. man the wind!! and sarap!

*** i won't post a picture of me in my swimsuit. kasi most women there were wearing their bra top and shorts. eh ayoko naman na ako lang yung nakabikini dun so nagshorts na rin ako. haha.

- reggae

i'm liking reggae nowadays, thanks to lsm's grad ball. nung nasa grad ball, parang nakakasawa kasi puro reggae bands nga. but after a few days, i realized na ang ganda pala ng reggae. soon, i found myself downloading loads of reggae songs... mostly from bob marley, of course.

reggae makes you get into a beach mode and makes you want to head to the beach. :)

another reason why i started liking reggae songs is the nescafe commercial. yung may guy na naka-dreadlocks tapos nasa beach. ang cute kasi ng theme song dun eh. sobrang bagay pangbeach.

- my mommy's birthday

super belated happy birthday mommy!! i love you so much!!! *mwah*

it was her birthday last april 21. we just celebrated it at home. grabe! busog na busog ako. sobrang dami kong kinain!! haha.

i went there with frost, kirbey, phil, bryan, paw, vince and liqliq. again, it was their barkada's gimik pero sumama na rin kami ni angelique. haha. at least naman ngayon hindi na ko only girl.. actually only girl pa rin ako eh.. haha. joke lang liq! :)

it was super fun!!! i really enjoyed it!! :)

it was my first time to ride the space shuttle and it was super fun!! we rode it twice consecutively. nung 1st time sa likod na likod kami tapos nung 2nd time sa harap. super saya grabe. tawa ko ng tawa nung first time. haha.

i didn't get dizzy in any rides.. well, except flying fiesta. medyo nahilo ko dun ng konti. buti na lang yun yung last ride namin dahil kung hindi, naku ewan ko na lang. haha.

funny moment: after riding the flying fiesta, i felt something cold on my butt. when i touched it, it was wet!!! hoy hindi ako yun ha! baka kung anong isipin niyo dyan!! haha. basa pala yung seat ko hindi ko napansin. buti na lang hindi naman siya mabaho kasi sabi nila baka daw pee yun ng bata or something eh. eewwww!!! haha. buti na lang hindi. :)

my favorite ride is the wheel of fate. ang saya talaga! i got scared when it stopped at the top nung first time namin sumakay ni liqliq. kasi naman ang lakas ng hangin so parang pwede kaming hanginin. haha. and we took our cameras out pa eh baka liparin. haha. paranoid kami ni liqliq nung 1st time.

when we rode it for the 2nd time, we were already with frost, kirbey, vince and phil. ewan pero sobrang hindi na ko natakot kahit sa taas. sobrang sarap ng hangin as in! ang sarap maging hangout place. haha. kaya yun, ang daming times ulit namin inulit.
