i'm baaaaaaaaack!!!

na-miss niyo ang pagu-update ko noh? haha feeling!!

wag na kayong magalit. ito na nag-update na ko. sorry na kung ang tagal ng pictures :)

wow. it's a record. 2 months of not updating? sino pa ang nakagawa nun sa sept? ako lang!! haha proud pa pala.

a lot of things happened in those 2 months. a lot of pictures were also taken that's why this entry will be super long; it'll be full of memories. haha. i will just post the pictures in another entry but the links are already here.

i'll try to remember as much events that happened in the past 2 months as possible. sorry if they're not in order.

>>> overnight at liqliq's

it was sept's first overnight outside school. pero sayang kasi hindi complete. figi and diana weren't there :( nevertheless, it was a fun, fun night!

we made music videos, danced and curled queen's hair. :)

>>> fair last january

it was alright. it didn't meet my expectations.. or maybe my expectations of it being super fun were just too high. maybe i didn't really feel the fair because i only came to school for the variety show and the concert. haha.

the opening ceremony was the best part for me. siyempre dahil kasama kami don!! haha. biased pala. pero totoo. ang ganda niya talaga. thanks to the p.a.'s (ahem!) who made sure all the singers and instrumentalists have microphones. and the rappellers, perfect! siyempre ako nag-cue sa kanila eh.. haha ano naman?

it was fun being a p.a.! haha. kahit nakakakaba kasi baka biglang walang mic yung band mo, fun pa rin. i love being busy. yung gantong busy ha hindi busy sa school work. i love the pressure! haha.

the variety show was ok. mas fun nung practice..

the concert was fine.. luke mejares!! sana siya na lang yung main act para naman nakasayaw yung mga tao ng mas matagal. he really rocked the gym!

one word: wow! thank you Lord for the experience and the suprise gift. i wasn't really expecting anything at all. i didn't expect to get past the elimination round, more so to win. thank you God so much!! i really love it! pano ba naman, sa dinami-dami ng mga sinalihan kong contests nung grade school, wala akong napanalunan. and in the only contest (i think) i joined in high school, i won 3rd place!! a big thanks to my team mates for being cooperative and really good. :)

sad muna na hanggang ngayon wala pa rin akong medal. :( mukhang tapos na ang school year.

wow almost a week without classes! but it wasn't that fun. we had tons and tons of school work to do. ugh. i don't even want to think about it anymore. graduate na ko. and it's summer!

sana naman kahit konti natuwa ka sa mga surprises namin sayo.. although yung isang card eh march mo na nakuha. haha. at yung surprise namin na may kinalaman kay sir, sana natuwa ka (yung paper). forget about the greeting thing.. haha forget eh lalo kong pinaalala sayo. hay naku hayaan mo na yun.

by the way, hindi ko pa pala nabibigay sayo yung video. gusto mo pa ba? basta i'll find a way.. in the future. haha.

at last, i am confirmed! and i'm 18, so charchar, pwede na tayo magpakasal!! haha. kanino naman kaya?

nakakainis wala man lang akong picture nung confirmation. i forgot to charge the batteries for the camera and i have no picture from the official photographer!! grrr... nasan na ba kasi yun?

we went to greenwich training center in mandaluyong and the coca-cola factory in laguna.

the greenwich staff and the activities they prepared for us were fun. i especially liked the group activity (yung magkano group, etc.) and the pizza-making activity. boy, was aci funny!! haha. sobrang tawang-tawa ako sa kanya. talagang siya pa yung nakatapat dun sa mirror kaya kitang-kita ng lahat yung mga pinaggagagawa niya dun. haha!!

the coca-cola trip was alright. we didn't really do anything there except watch the video, take a tour of the museum and the plantation and of course, take pictures!

the trip going back to school was fun. gising na ang mga tao kaya medyo maingay na unlike nung papunta tayo sa laguna na sobrang tahimik kasi tulog lahat. pero kawawa kaya ako sa bus!! mukhang ako yung "ginrill" niyo about my so-called love life na wala naman talaga. hay naku...

fun experience! ang hirap pala magbenta.. pero pag may bumili, ang sarap ng feeling. haha. ang sarap pa ng mga products namin.. :)

ewww.. i sucked big time. mukhang hindi ako prepared! kasi naman nakatulog na naman ako the night before. i'm the worst public speaker ever! haha. grabe pala.

i didn't realize that that day was going to be our last a&d meeting that's why i was surprised when sir nico said his goodbye. maybe i was nervous for the debate that's why i forgot that it was going to be our last meeting. oh well, hindi naman ako masyado nalungkot.

because of the suspension of classes, our defense was also cancelled.. syempre. okay lang sakin yun. pero ang sad lang kasi we were not able to formally say goodbye to some of our teachers like mrs. miraflor and sir bau eh gusto ko pa naman mag-goodbye sa kanila. as if naman kakausapin ko sila.. pero wala lang. gusto ko lang.

tapos yung message pa ni sir macky kay diana and to all of us. nakakatawa talaga siya. :)

>>> 4th quarter exams

grabe na talaga ko. mukhang wala akong na-review ng todo. halos lahat ng subjects inaral ko lang during the 30-minute breaks. thank God for that!

good luck na lang sakin. Lord, sana po wala akong line of 7 sa card.

worst talaga yung sa economics. i came to school without studying. tapos pag dating ko start na ng test. bakit ba walang study period nun? anyway, akala ko ethics.. but no! economics pala! grabe!!!

ayoko na talaga ng public speaking!! 30-second speech na nga lang yung sakin, miness up ko pa! sorry groupmates.. :) but i hope i answered the questions correctly.

buti na lang at light lang yung defense natin. i mean nagtatawanan and biruan.. buti na lang din at sila yung panelists natin and si ms. castilla yung teacher na napunta satin. thank God! :)

i was expecting that i would cry, but i didn't. not a tear.

the undergrads gave each of the seniors a white rose. some of us, like me, got more than one (i got 3!).

then a bouquet of red roses from phil (frost's friend). thanks phil! wow! i love flowers!! natupad na yung wish ko na makakuha ng flowers. yehey!! haha tuwang-tuwa.

and then mimi gave us a red rose during her party. ang saya!!

i survived 2 weeks of grad practices. grabe! buti na lang ang fun ni mrs. fetalvero magturo. and fun din yung mga katabi ko. jo anne and dana were really kind and funny. meron pa kaming swaying action during the chorus of soar like an eagle.

grabe lang talaga yung pag practice natin ng prayer of rupert mayer.. one day? pero okay lang. buti naman at nakanta natin yun nung grad..

i like all the songs that we practiced. ang ganda nilang lahat kahit mabagal yung iba at ang hirap matutunan yung mga 2nd voice parts (lalo na yung sa Our Father).

again, i was expecting that i would cry but i didn't. okay, i did. but only during monse's speech. after that, wala na. diba sabi ko feeling ko maiiyak ako pag kinanta na natin yung paulinian mission song dahil yun yung pinakafavorite ko among the paulinian songs? hindi ako umiyak or naiyak man lang. kahit sa paulinian hymn hindi rin.

pag ineexpect ko talaga hindi nagkakatotoo..

anyway, nakakainis naman yung flower. ang dami kayang naubusan! dapat 400 yung inorder nila noh.. haha galit na pala.

what happened to our 2-week practice? mukhang nagkagulo na sa singing and during communion (at least on our side). pero ang ganda pa rin ng responsorial psalm by martha and katsie. sayang lang isa lang yung mic nila kaya medyo mahina..

i just hope that my picture after the bow is fine. i wasn't able to pose. ewan ko ba, nagmamadali yata ako. tapos pag daan ko pa dun sa isang photographer na naka-kneel para dun sa angle na isasabit ni sr. teresita b. yung loyalty award, biglang nag-flash! naku baka walang picture yung girl na yun dun sa pose na yun. baka puro white lang ang makita dun kasi dumaan ako. sorry na hindi ko naman alam.. :)

nung pag-uwi namin, eh di magbibihis na ko. paghubad ko ng skirt ko, bigla ko na-realize na last time ko ng isusuot yung uniform natin. sad.. :(

by the way, nagulat ako nung makita ko si sir nix. wala lang. so dapat pala lahat ng teachers nandun. or baka lahat lang ng 4th year teachers. i think lahat naman nagulat kasi mukhang pagdaan niya ang daming nagbulungan. haha.

i had fun! the pictures of the persons assigned for the 9 gifts and 9 witticisms were funny!! haha. mimi talaga.

during the pictorial, i asked mimi to do the moonwalk. haha grabe tawang-tawa ako!!! nag-moonwalk ba naman siya sa buong room!!! haha!!

queen is really the dancing queen! actually, the stop dance queen!! haha. ang galing mo talaga queen! sobra!! grabe tawang-tawa ko sayo. dapat nga pipicturan kita habang naka-pose ka eh tawa ako ng tawa hindi ko na na-click yung camera. don't worry si angelique naman yata na-picturan ka sa camera mo eh. go queen!!!

i took this chance to have a picture taken with my classmates. although hindi ko pa totally nare-realize na baka hindi na kami magkita or siyempre matagal yung next time na pagkikita, nasa isip ko na siya so nagpa-picture na ko with them. ewan ko ba kung bakit hindi ko to ginawa sa school para mas madaming tao pero feeling ko kasi talaga magkikita-kita pa ulit tayong lahat sa june eh.

wake up yayi. iba-iba na schools natin sa june. college na tayo remember?

yes ang galing pala. hindi lang one day ang celebration ko, five days pa! haha.

--> 3 days in baguio with my family

it was super duper fun! a great way to relax especially since this was the time when we had a lot of things to do. of course, this was also a time for picture taking!! haha. sobrang dami naming pictures.

thank you sooo much to my parents who allowed us to travel. too bad they weren't with us. but it's okay. they called me first thing in the morning to greet me. my mom even sang happy birthday for me. :) so sweet! :) i love you both soo much!!

thanks soooo much also to my siblings. my kuya and my ate had to file for a leave just so they could be with me and frost agreed to absent himself from school even though he had unit tests (parang summative.. so malaking percentage din ng grade yun). i love each of you sooo much!!

on our first night there, we walked along session road after dinner. soooobrang lamig!!! pero ang sarap! eh yung suot ko pa naman shorts lang! haha. pero ang sarap pa rin.

on our second day, my birthday, we visited the tourist attractions in baguio. ang tagal ko na since last na pumunta dun. grade 5 pa yata ako.

thank you to all those who greeted me. it really made me happy! lalo na yung mga nag-text na hindi ko ineexpect na magte-text, thank you very much! :)

before going home on sunday, february 19, we stopped by the Our Lady of Manaoag Church first to hear mass. ang tagal ko na ring hindi napupuntahan yun.

i love squid! favorite ko siya ulamin. nung nakakita ako ng inihaw na dry squid (yung parang daing), bumili ako. 2 sticks lang yung binili ko kasi ita-try ko lang naman kung masarap. sobrang nagsisisi ako kung bakit hindi pa ko bumili ng 100 sticks. we were about to go home that time kaya hindi na ko nakabalik para bumili. sobrang sarap niya as in!! sabi tuloy ng ate ko nagtataka siya kung bakit 2 lang yung binili ko. eh hello malay ko ba naman na masarap pala yun. hay... thinking about it makes me want to go to baguio and eat some. haha akala sa baguio lang merong ganun..

thank you very very much for the surprise!! na-surprise talaga ko kahit nakita ko na yung mga balloons. feeling ko talaga may balloons lang dun sa room although at the back of my mind, i kind of thought na it would be part of my surprise. pero i wasn't expecting any suprise talaga. promise.

i was surprised that there were messages inside the balloons. talagang napasaya niyo ko dun! thank you! :)

i really hope you all had fun kahit na ganun nangyari sa mga buhok natin. sorry about that. :)

ang sarap mag-gym, mag-steam room (the best!) and mag-sauna. sige na nga, masarap na din mag-swim kasi ang warm ng water. :)

playing twister was super fun! kulang na lang mabalian ako ng buto basta lang hindi matalo ang seniors (right diana? seniors tayo!! haha).

queen, i enjoyed our little chat that night.. actually morning na nga yun eh. at yung energy level mo talaga that night ha! grabe!! pero okay nga yun eh.. fun!

pinanood ko pala yung video natin at tawang-tawa ako kay queen! haha.. yung action nya sa bye bye bye naaalala niyo? grabe!! the best!! dancing queen ka talaga!! haha.

liqliq, thank you for being the early bird! haha. pag text ko sa inyo ng room number pumunta ka agad. :) thanks din sa pag-alalay mo sakin sa mga "wa poise" moments ko nung tayong dalawa pa lang yung nandun. madami-dami din yun. kung wala ka dun sa stairs baka nahulog na ko ng tuluyan dun. haha. btw, ok na ba yung sugat mo sa paa?

denise, grabe gulat na gulat talaga ko sayo!! haha. natatawa ako ngayon kasi naalala ko yung reaction ko. haha!! dalhin mo ulit yung twister next time na mag-overnight tayo ha? naku kelan pa kaya yun? sana ngayong summer!

diana, thank you for giving me a pet of my own! haha. kizmo!! yehey!! i love it! ngayon meron na kong naki-kiss na dog. haha. totoo bago ako matulog kinikiss ko yun. love na love ko yun eh! so cute!! next time team mates ulit tayo as seniors sa twister ha? we're the best!! haha.

charchar, thanks at kahit pagod ka na dahil sa open house eh pumunta ka pa rin. :) sayang hindi ka nakapag-sauna eh yun pa naman yung gusto mo. oh well.. next time na lang. :) naalala ko yung mga tanong ng mommy mo sayo nung morning. haha. lasing ka daw? haha. at akala ko talaga nung tulog ka na naiingayan ka samin ni queen! yun pala hindi mo kami naririnig!! haha.
